WHAT PAYMENT METHOD DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept visa, mastercard, mobile money and bank transfer.

Mobile money and bank transfers are via manuel payment option for local (Ghana) deliveries.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All orders are shipped out after production, which takes 7-10 business days.

Standard local shipping takes 2-5 business days, while international shipping can take 3-7 business days.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Accept returns within 14 days of delivery provided the items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. To start a return, send an email to hello@amargaret.com 

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM OR GET A REFUND?

We currently do not offer exchanges or refund, only store credit.
